11月15日金融一线消息，国家金融监督管理总局浙江监管局行政处罚信息公开表显示，天安财产保险股份有限公司杭州中心支公司因未按照规定使用经批准或者备案的保险条款、保险费率，被国家金融监督管理总局浙江监管局处罚款人民币10万元，没收违法所得2527.27元；

　　史媛媛（天安财产保险股份有限公司杭州中心支公司非车险部副经理（主持工作）），被监管给予警告，并处罚款人民币1万元。
