智通财经APP获悉，泓基集团(02535)涨逾8%，截至发稿，涨8.33%，报0.65港元，成交额6034.03万港元。
消息面上，泓基集团发布公告，公司董事会主席、非执行董事及控股股东(定义见上市规则)陈永康告知，WK (BVI) Limited(卖方，一间由陈鑫基、陈鑫江、陈永康、蔡植昌及陈淑雯实益拥有30%、30%、15%、15%及10%权益的公司)已于2024年11月13日(交易时段后)与华富建业证券有限公司(配售代理)订立配售协议，据此，配售代理已同意竭尽全力促致投资者(承配人)按不低于每股配售股份0.25港元的价格购买卖方持有的最多4.8亿股公司现有股份。配售期自配售协议日期开始及于2024年11月30日下午4时正结束，并不迟于2025年6月30日或卖方与配售代理书面协定的有关其他日期完成。
于本公告日期，4.8亿股配售股份占公司现有已发行股本的24%。于配售事项完成后及假设所有配售股份均配售予承配人，卖方持有的股权将减少至10.2亿股股份，占公司全部已发行股本的51%。因此，卖方将继续为公司的控股股东。
