　　金斯瑞生物科技发布公告，于2024年11月12日，公司非全资子公司南京蓬勃生物科技有限公司（南京蓬勃）与礼新医药科技有限公司（一家专注发现及开发创新生物药以改变癌症治疗的公司）（礼新）订立经重述及经修订许可协议，根据该协议，南京蓬勃同意授予礼新独家全球可转让许可，及其有权授予再许可，使其有权针对若干披露抗 PD-1（细胞程序性死亡因子）单域抗体的专利和相关专有技术进行开发、生产、商业化及以其他方式应用若干分子及包含许可分子在内的若干产品，以用于全球所有用途。
