智通财经APP获悉，维他奶国际(00345)午后涨近4%，9月底至今累计涨幅已超1.3倍。截至发稿，涨3.5%，报10.34港元，成交额3622.07万港元。
消息面上，港交所披露的信息显示，10月7日，信和置业主席黄志祥的胞弟黄志达，首次申报通过旗下公司杨协成及其家族办公室，合计持有维他奶超过5%股权，而到10月24日后，其持股比例已升至10.06%，达到了可召开股东会门槛。此外，黄志祥以及旗下的远东机构也持有维他奶5%的股权。意味着黄氏家族总共持有超过15%的股份。
值得注意的是，近日，维他奶对旗下产品线实施大范围“官方降价”。据网传的一份落款为“维他奶有限公司”的《维他茶系列价格调整通知函》，维他奶250ml单包茶，500mlPET，310ml礼盒装三种规格的多种茶饮料经销商供货价下调，下调服务约为每件2元。业内人士分析，维他奶的降价不仅受到白糖价格下跌的影响，也可能是企业调整策略以回应长期存在的价格倒挂问题。
