财中社11月15日电中国外运（601598/00598）发布关于回购公司A股股份暨减少注册资本的公告。公司于2024年11月15日召开股东大会，审议通过了回购方案，计划以集中竞价交易方式回购部分已发行的人民币普通股（A股）。本次回购的资金总额不低于2.71亿元，且不超过5.42亿元，回购价格上限为7.43元/股。回购的股份将全部注销，并减少公司的注册资本。
公告同时指出，凡公司债权人均有权于公告发布之日起向公司申报债权，债权人需在接到通知之日起三十天内，或自公告发布之日起四十五天内，凭有效债权证明文件向公司要求清偿债务或提供相应担保。未按规定时间申报的债权人将视为放弃申报权利，但其债权的有效性不受影响。
2024年前三季度，中国外运实现收入858.72亿元，归母净利润28.25亿元。
