Amrita Global Development (HKG:6836) received the certificate of alteration of the name of a registered non-Hong Kong company from the companies' registry in Hong Kong on Sept. 24, a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The company changed its name to Amrita Global Development from Tianyun International Holdings and its short stock name to AMRITA GLOBAL from TIANYUN INT'L.

The company also changed its Chinese name and its website as well.

Trading in the shares of the company is still suspended.
