Iluka Resources' Chairman to Take Temporary Leave

Iluka Resources (ASX:ILU) said Chairman Rob Cole will be on temporary leave of absence to recover from a health issue, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.

During Cole's absence, Andrea Sutton, the company's non-executive director and chair of the people and performance committee, will serve as acting chairman, the filing said.

The producer of zircon and titanium dioxide feedstocks did not specify the duration of Cole's temporary leave.

The company's stock rose almost 1% in recent Wednesday trade.
