　　三生制药（01530）发布公告，近期接获公司首席财务官何翔的报告，其自2024年1月1日开始到本公告之日止，已通过集中竞价的方式，累计以平均价格每股股份约5.99港元增持公司合共300万股普通股，占已发行股份总数约0.12%。

　　何翔向董事会表明，其认为股份长期处于低估状态，基于对公司业务及前景的长远信心，其将视乎市场情况并受限于适用法律及监管规定，进一步主动增持股份。

　　何翔向董事会确认，在增持公司股份时，不知悉任何有关公司的内幕信息。本公告所涉及的增持为公司首席财务官的自愿行为。
