财中社11月13日电中铝国际（601068/02068）发布关于通辽市扎哈淖尔35万吨绿电铝项目（扎铝二期）中标进展的公告。公告中提到，公司全资子公司沈阳铝镁设计研究院有限公司牵头的联合体已与内蒙古霍煤鸿骏铝电有限责任公司扎哈淖尔分公司签署了工程总承包合同，合同总金额约为27.99亿元，其中沈阳院和六冶负责的合同金额约为23.81亿元，占公司2023年度经审计营业收入的10.66%。
该项目的建设规模为35万吨电解铝项目，工期为720天。公告指出，若项目顺利实施，将对公司的当期及未来年度业绩产生积极影响，并有助于提升公司的持续盈利能力。同时，合同履行也面临外部宏观环境变化、业主方支付能力及不可抗力等风险因素。公司将积极推进项目实施，严格把控项目进度与管理。
2024年前三季度，中铝国际实现收入161.42亿元，归母净利润2.51亿元。
