智通财经APP讯，德信中国(02019)发布公告，于2024年11月12日，公司收到港交所的来函，当中载列有关公司股份在港交所复牌的额外复牌指引(“第三份复牌指引”，与第一份复牌指引及第二份复牌指引合称 “复牌指引”)。
复牌指引详列如下：
(i) 撤销或解除针对公司作出的清盘令，并解除任何清盘人的职务;
(ii) 证明公司遵守第 13.24 条的规定;
(iii) 重新遵守第 13.92 条的规定;
(iv) 向市场通报所有重大资料，以便公司股东及其他投资者评估公司的状况;
(v) 重新遵守第 3.10、3.10A、3.21、3.25 及 3.27A 条的规定;及
(vi) 发布所有上市规则要求的未公布的财务业绩，并解决任何审核修订意见。
此外，继续停牌。
