复旦张江：持股5%以上股东杨宗孟、王海波拟减持公司股份
证券日报网讯 11月14日晚间，复旦张江发布公告称，截至本公告披露日，公司股东杨宗孟先生持有公司股份80，000，000股，占公司总股本的7.72%；王海波先生持有公司股份57，886，430股，占公司总股本的5.58%。因自身资金需求，杨宗孟先生计划自本公告披露之日起15个交易日后的3个月内通过集中竞价方式减持公司股份不超过10，365，721股，拟减持比例不超过公司总股本的1%；王海波先生计划自本公告披露之日起15个交易日后的3个月内通过集中竞价方式减持公司股份不超过6，200，000股，拟减持比例不超过公司总股本的0.60%。
