BlockBeats 消息，11 月 14 日，律动 BlockBeats 副主编 Jack 近日在参与录制硅谷 101 播客时表示，今年 5 月时，《21 世纪金融创新与技术法案》（FIT for the 21st Century Act）在美国众议院参议院两党投票下通过，明确了未来加密货币的监管框架，即“什么属于加密货币，什么属于证券”，这一直是加密在市场监管层面非常需要明确的问题。目前该法案仍需要总统签字才能最终获批，很有可能会在特朗普正式上台后签署。
Jack 补充表示，特朗普上任后，将对“SEC 监管放缓”这件事带来立竿见影的成效，停止 SEC 的加密战争。很多加密货币机构，尤其以做市商为主，都是因为 SEC 的监管诉讼而暂时退出加密领域的。这种“SEC 监管放缓”情况的出现会让很多机构重返加密领域，让流动性重新充裕。此外，“SEC 监管放缓”也可能会导致加密企业 IPO 环境更为宽松，在特朗普任期内，预计会有更多加密企业寻求上市。
但值得注意的是，目前也有很多机构分析认为，《21 世纪金融创新与技术法案》不会在 2025 年就通过，加密监管的优先级是不会有税制改革和贸易问题高的，特朗普上任前期或将会把精力集中在更重要的事上，如果顺利的话，在本届国会的下半程开始可能会加速推进一些加密监管相关的事宜。
