BlockBeats 消息，11 月 14 日，律动 BlockBeats 副主编 Jack 近日在参与录制硅谷 101 播客时表示，今年 5 月时，《21 世纪金融创新与技术法案》（FIT for the 21st Century Act）在美国众议院参议院两党投票下通过，明确了未来加密货币的监管框架，即“什么属于加密货币，什么属于证券”，这一直是加密在市场监管层面非常需要明确的问题。目前该法案仍需要总统签字才能最终获批，很有可能会在特朗普正式上台后签署。
