同日起，李家骏先生获委任为公司秘书及公司授权代表。邵玉明女士获委任为审核委员会主席、薪酬委员会会员及提名委员会会员;王玉梅女士获委任为薪酬委员会主席、审核委员会会员及提名委员会会员;昂云春先生获委任为提名委员会主席、审核委员会会员及薪酬委员会会员;及周仁超先生不再担任提名委员会主席及薪酬委员会会员。
