智通财经APP获悉，稀土概念股早盘走高，截至发稿，中国稀土(00769)涨6.59%，报0.485港元；金力永磁(06680)涨4.26%，报9.55港元。
国金证券指出，稀土行业可谓央国企改革的典范行业，历经多年整合，已形成“北轻南重”以及盛和资源为首的国资体系。《管理条例》的落地，该行认为，对于资质、技术和行业地位处于绝对领先的稀土集团或为直接利好。此外，稀土作为我国全球优势产业，在全球地缘政治环境波动的背景下战略价值有望进一步提升，行业基本面亦处底部回升阶段。
中邮证券此前表示，缅甸内乱影响出口，稀土供需预期改善。据海关总署统计，缅甸是我国重要的中重稀土进口地，1-9月我国从缅甸进口的稀土矿及相关产品数量为3.964万吨，约占稀土进口总数量的39.54%。而根据对市场主流企业调研，下游厂商稀土原材料库存通常维持在1-2个月。此外临近美国大选，稀土等优势战略小金属重要性将提升。
