消息面上，11月13日，力天影业发布自愿性公告，宣布与山西宁乐签订谅解备忘录，计划成立合资公司，共同开发影视基地及相关产业合作。此次合作，山西宁乐将提供土地资源及建筑物，用作仓库、后援及影视基地，以支持力天影业的电视剧及短片制作。双方正积极商讨其他产业合作的可能性，具体合作细节将在正式协议中确定。
公告称，董事会认为，山西是众多影视及综艺的取景地，拥有深厚的文化和秀美的自然风光。山西有多个影视基地，过去多个知名电视剧均取景于山西，相信谅解备忘录将可使集团透过山西宁乐获得土地资源，便利日后集团于山西及/或邻近地区之影视制作。
