智通财经APP讯，博骏教育(01758)发布公告，与截至2023年8月31日止年度取得的纯利约人民币5100万元相比，预期集团于截至2024年8月31日止年度取得净亏损约人民币3670万元至人民币4480万元。
董事会认为，由纯利转为净亏损乃主要由于融资成本由截至2023年8月31日止年度的约人民币1600万元增加约人民币9170万元至截至2024年8月31日止年度的约人民币1.077亿元，主要包括银行借款成本约人民币5300万元、其他借款成本约人民币3660万元、解除应付关连公司款项的折现约人民币530万元及递延代价提前支付的估算利息费用约人民币1260万元。该增加主要是由于四川文轩职业学院校舍建设借款产生的融资成本(有关借款的融资成本于2023年8月31日完成收购两间职业学校后并入本公司的财务报表)以及支付与前述收购有关的代价及业务整合成本。
