智通财经APP讯，新耀莱(00970)公布，该集团预期截至2024年9月30日止6个月将取得公司拥有人应占亏损约5.7亿港元，而2023年同期公司拥有人应占亏损约5200万港元。
董事会认为，预期公司拥有人应占亏损有所增加主要归因于集团于本期间的收益及毛利分别减少约40%及48%。收益及毛利减少主要涉及(i)本期间内集团汽车业务的市场气氛持续疲弱及激烈的竞争，导致集团该业务分部的收益下滑及毛利率下跌;(ii)汽车分销业务的物业、机器及设备减值约3.29亿港元，此乃由于汽车分销业务的表现未如理想，以及物业管理业务的商誉减值约3000万港元;及(iii)电影版权的其他无形资产减值约9000万港元。
