智通财经APP讯，艾美疫苗(06660)发布公告，集团自主研发的无血清迭代狂犬疫苗已于近日向国家药品监督管理局提交上市注册预申请。
根据已完成揭盲的III期临床研究结果显示，集团研发的无血清迭代狂犬疫苗具有良好的安全性、免疫原性和免疫持久性，达到临床预设目标。
与传统的Vero细胞狂犬疫苗和人二倍体狂犬疫苗相比，集团研发的无血清迭代狂犬疫苗完全不同，是一款迭代升级的产品。疫苗产品中的动物血清残留是导致疫苗接种人群产生过敏等不良反应的重要因素之一，集团研发的无血清迭代狂犬疫苗，不含有动物血清，显著提高了安全性，降低了不良反应的概率。截至目前，全球市场上尚未有无血清狂犬疫苗获批上市，该产品有望成为首个上市产品。
