稀镁科技拟供股每股0.11港元 预计筹资不超3000万港元
财中社11月20日电稀镁科技（00601）发布公告，建议按于记录日期每持有两股现有股份获发一股供股股份的基准进行供股，认购价为每股供股股份0.11港元。此次供股预计筹集资金在3259万港元至3324万港元，具体取决于可换股债券的行使情况。供股所得款项的净额预计在2918万港元至2978万港元，主要用于资助新疆腾翔的生产装置升级改造、促进现有镁业务的增长以及支持持续的行政和运营开支。
此外，公告中提到约30%的所得款项净额（约875万港元至893万港元）将用于新疆腾翔的生产装置升级，约40%的所得款项净额（约1167万港元至1191万港元）将用于支持镁业务的增长，余下的30%（约875万港元至893万港元）则用于持续的行政和运营开支。供股由Raffaello Securities (HK) Limited全数包销，所有股份过户文件需在2024年12月3日下午四时三十分前送达过户登记处。
