格隆汇11月20日｜浙大网新公告，参股公司九源基因拟在香港联交所主板上市，已于2024年11月20日披露招股章程。此次全球发售包括香港公开发售部分454万股H股和国际配售部分4085.88万股H股，发售价格区间为11.48-12.56港元。基石投资人认购总金额约3.5亿港元。九源基因专注于骨科、代谢性疾病、肿瘤学和血液学领域，骨修复材料“骨优导”在中国市场销售收入排名第一。浙大网新全资子公司网新创投持有九源基因上市前12.26%股份。九源基因预计2024年11月28日在香港联交所主板开始买卖。
