智通财经APP讯，华体科技(603679.SH)发布公告，公司于2024年11月19日与宁波盈峰、德阳投控和英杰电气共同签署了《珠海德盈嘉华启辰股权投资合伙企业(有限合伙)合伙协议》，拟共同投资珠海德盈嘉华启辰股权投资合伙企业(有限合伙)，基金计划总规模不超过人民币20010万元;由4名合伙人共同出资，其中，普通合伙人宁波盈峰出资人民币10万元，持股比例0.05%;有限合伙人华体科技出资人民币2000万元，持股比例10%;德阳投控出资人民币12000万元，持股比例59.97%，英杰电气出资人民币6000万元，持股比例29.98%。
