智通财经APP讯，中国华君(00377)发布公告，潘治平先生(潘先生)因其其他业务及个人事务，已辞任公司独立非执行董事的职务，自2024年11月21日起生效。潘先生辞任后将不再担任公司的审核委员会(审核委员会)主席、薪酬委员会(薪酬委员会)及提名委员会(提名委员会)成员。
董事会欣然宣布，丁兴福先生(丁先生)已获委任为独立非执行董事;薪酬委员会主席;审核委员会成员及提名委员会成员，自2024年11月21日起生效。
自2024年11月21日起，公司独立非执行董事莫仪戈先生已获委任为审核委员会主席，并调任为薪酬委员会成员。
