智通财经APP获悉，内房股冲高回落，截至发稿，融信中国(03301)跌5.05%，报0.47港元；中梁控股(02772)跌3.68%，报0.131港元；世茂集团(00813)跌2.5%，报1.17港元；融创中国(01918)跌0.37%，报2.68港元。
消息面上，统计局近日公布2024年1-10月房地产投资和销售数据。2024年1-10月，房地产开发投资86309亿元，同比减少10.3%；新建商品房销售额76855亿元，同比减少20.9%；房地产开发企业到位资金87235亿元，同比减少19.2%。国信证券指出，随着9月末需求端政策效果显现，销售量价指标均边际改善，但开发投资尚未好转。后续地产板块的行情演绎将取决于存量土地回收和城中村改造扩围等政策的落地进度及楼市量价修复的持续性。
值得一提的是，广州安居集团发公告称，将在全市范围内收购满足90平米以下的存量商品房作为保障房，有意参加的开发商可于11月18日至12月18日期间报名。另外，北京市住房城乡建设委、市财政局、北京市税务局联合印发《关于取消普通住房标准有关事项的通知》宣布，北京市将取消普通住房和非普通住房标准，自2024年12月1日起施行。上海住建委等四部门也发布通知，明确上海取消普通住房和非普通住房标准，同时明确取消标准后相关个人住房交易税收事项。此次政策将自今年12月1日起施行。
