Mapletree Logistics Trust (SGX:M44U) issued 253,899 new units as payment for acquisition fees related to its June purchase of two logistics assets in Vietnam, according to a Monday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The units, issued at between SG$1.3340 and SG$1.3317 each, represent 0.5% of the acquisition price.
Additionally, Mapletree Logistics Trust issued 7.7 million units to cover base and property management fees from July 1 to Sept.30, at an issue price of SG$1.4516 per unit.
