智通财经APP讯，比特元宇宙(08645)发布公告，集团一直在物色合适的资源及人力，为提升本集团虚拟资产交易服务的技术储备及研发水平提供技术支持。
诚如本公司日期分别为2024年4月15日、2024年7月15日及2024年9月16日的公告所披露，本公司于2024年4月15日就可能收购一间于韩国注册成立的科技公司的控股公司(可能收购事项)订立谅解备忘录(经日期为2024年7月15日及2024年9月16日的延长函件修订及重列)(谅解备忘录)。然而，于最后截止日期(即2024年11月16日)前，相关订约方尚未就可能收购事项订立具法律约束力的正式协议，谅解备忘录遂于2024年11月16日自动失效，且不再具有任何效力(除明确规定于谅解备忘录失效后仍然生效的条款外)。
董事会认为，谅解备忘录失效不会对本集团的业务营运或财务状况产生任何重大不利影响。本集团将继续物色合适的投资及/或收购目标及机会，并就此与潜在业务合作伙伴进行磋商。本公司将适时另行刊发公告，以告知股东及潜在投资者有关本集团的最新业务发展情况。
