Aeon Stores (Hong Kong) (HKG:0984) has renewed its tenancy agreement for a property located in the Kar Ho Building in Hong Kong, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing on Friday.
The renewed lease, effective from Friday, will span a period of three years.
The company has been operating out of the premises since September 2016. The property comprises a ground-floor shop and a first-floor flat, situated at Nos. 27-31 Yuen Long Hong Lok Road and Nos. 25-31 Hong Kong Street, Yuen Long, New Territories.
Under the renewed lease agreement, Aeon Stores will pay a total base rent of HK$12 million and monthly repairs and services fees of HK$200,000. The company will fund the rental payments through its internal resources.
