智通财经APP讯，金风科技(02208)发布公告，该公司的全资子公司金风国际控股(香港)有限公司(下称“金风国际”)的控股子公司 Goldwind New Energy South Africa Proprietary Limited(下称“金风新能源南非”)与南非能源企业 Mulilo De Aar 2 South Proprietary Limited (Rf)签署《风机供货及吊装协议》及《运维服务合同》，由金风新能源南非为其提供风机的供货、吊装以及运维服务。
金风科技、金风国际分别签署《母公司担保协议》，联合为金风新能源南非在上述《风机供货及吊装协议》及《运维服务合同》项下的履约及违约赔偿责任提供担保。其中《风机供货及吊装协议》项下的担保金额折合人民币不超过 7.98亿元，《运维服务合同》项下的担保金额折合人民币不超过 3.72亿元。
