智通财经APP讯，国银金租(01606)发布公告，公司的两家全资特殊目的公司(作为买方)与原买方(顺高船务有限公司)及卖方(江苏苏豪创新科技集团有限公司、舜天造船(扬州)有限公司)于2024年11月18日订立本次造船合同更新协议，据此，卖方同意建造并向买方出售本次标的船舶，且买方同意购买本次标的船舶，代价为不超过6700万美元。本次标的船舶为两艘散货船。
本次造船合同更新协议乃由公司于一般及日常业务过程中订立。订立本次造船合同更新协议有利于充分发挥各方优势，有益于增加公司在船舶市场的市场份额，符合公司业务发展战略。
