财中社11月18日电招金矿业（01818）发布2024年第三次临时股东大会投票结果。此次股东大会于2024年11月18日召开，由于山东招金及其关联人合共持有12.12亿股股份，占已发行股份总数约35.63%，在第一项普通决议案上放弃投票，实际可投票股份总数为21.9亿股。
大会上，亲自出席的股东及其委任代表共持有23.59亿股股份，占已发行股份总数约69.33%。投票结果显示，第一项普通决议案的股份转让协议获得99.850998%的支持，第二项提案委任王培武为执行董事也获得89.663455%的支持，均超过半数票数，正式通过。
