消息面上，11月16日，迈富时迎来首发股份解禁。据相关统计，该公司有超1亿股限售股解禁，占总股本的48.13%。涉及股东包括维港南昌东湖产业有限合伙基金、刚信贸易有限公司两名基石投资者及Real Force Limited、Precious Sight Limited 等控股股东。
据悉，迈富时是中国最大的营销与销售软件即服务（SaaS）解决方案提供商，2023年市场份额为3.0%。今年上半年，公司实现营收7.39亿元，同比增长26.7%，其中SaaS收入4.0亿元，同比增长30.4%；股东应占亏损8.2亿元，同比扩大1112.0%。
