智通财经APP讯，利基控股(00240)及惠记集团(00610)联合公布，惠记中国建筑(利基及惠记的一间附属公司)(作为卖方)拟向无锡市惠城水务集团有限公司出售无锡钱惠污水处理有限公司75.576%权益，代价为约人民币1.25亿元。
完成后，惠记中国建筑将继续持有目标公司20%权益。目标公司成立于2005年，为一间由惠记中国建筑投资的特殊目的公司，其于中国江苏省无锡市惠山区钱桥镇从事建设及经营一间污水处理厂并自当地政府取得30 年特许经营权。其注册资本为1000万美元。
公告称，鉴于在邻近地区试运营新污水处理厂可能出现的状况尚不明朗，进行出售事项将使利基集团及惠记集团得以变现彼等于目标公司的大部分资本投资并带来合理收益。除代价及协定利润分派带来的现金流入将提高利基集团的资金流动性外，出售事项的条款使得利基集团及惠记集团可于目标公司保留重要的少数权益，作为利基集团于中国的环境基建项目投资组合的一部分。出售事项所得销售款项将用作利基集团的营运资金。
