Informatica (INFA) said Monday that its board approved starting the buyback of its class A common shares through open market transactions and it expects to repurchase about $100 million class A shares by the end of 2024.
The open market share repurchases are partk of the company existing $400 million stock repurchase program that was approved in October, according to the statement.
