智通财经APP获悉，风电股盘中上扬，截至发稿，金风科技(02208)涨4.35%，报6.24港元；龙源电力(00916)涨3%，报6.87港元；新天绿色能源(00956)涨2.68%，报3.45港元；大唐新能源(01798)涨1.99%，报2.05港元。
消息面上，近日，据市场消息报道，今年我国海上风电装机容量有望突破4500万千瓦，连续四年位居全球首位。今年前三季度，海上风电新增247万千瓦，累计并网容量达到3910万千瓦。截至今年三季度，我国海上风电累计装机已连续三年稳居全球第一位，超过第2—5名国家海上风电并网总和。国金证券认为，国内海外需求共振下风电行业放量信号明显，整机盈利改善延续。Q3海风装机回暖，陆风装机平稳增长；风机招标高景气，投标价格持稳行业价格内卷有望改善。
中泰国际研报指出，近期，英国East Anglia 2海风项目已完成海上风机、单桩基础等核心设备采购，英国首相提出对投资英国的工业中心地带、沿海地区以及石油和天然气社区的海风开发商提供临时补贴，土耳其推出2035年5GW海风发展路线图，海外海风景气向上。国内海风重点项目陆续开工，明年展望值得期待。江苏2.65GW项目有明显进展、年内开工信息明确，帆石一两回500kV海缆已中标、帆石二环评近期批复、青州七启动塔筒招标，叠加其他重点项目招标、建设有序进行，25年交付量有望明显提升，建议关注金风科技等。
