Unico Silver (ASX:USL) secured permits for an upcoming drill program at the Sierra Blanca district within the Cerro Leon project in Argentina, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The permit was issued after the Santa Cruz Provincial Mining Authority approved the environmental impact assessment report submitted by the company's Sierra Blanca subsidiary, the filing said.
The reverse circulation program will test western extensions to the Pinguino vein, as per the filing.
Unico Silver's shares jumped 5% in recent Monday trade.
