CCIAM Future Energy (HKG:0145) raised about HK$4.7 million from the placement of about 33.9 million shares to at least six subscribers at HK$0.138 apiece, a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The shares represent about 16.66% of the company's enlarged share capital.
The energy-saving services provider plans to use the net proceeds of HK$4.6 million to develop its electric vehicle charging business in Hong Kong.
The company's shares closed nearly 3% higher on Tuesday.
