Qoria's Parental Control Platform Expands to Japan in Early 2025

Qoria's (ASX:QOR) Qustodio partnered with SoftBank subsidiary, BBSS, to bring its digital well-being and parental control products to Japan in early 2025, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.

Under the terms of the partnership, Qustodio will license BBSS to provide its products to Japanese customers via an unlimited and non-exclusive contract, as per the filing. Qustodio will also provide integrations, service level, and feature roadmap commitments.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Qoria's shares were down more than 1% in recent Wednesday trade.
