消息面上，上海电气此前宣布，计划斥资30.82亿元，收购由持股平台宁笙实业持有的发那科机器人50%股权。上海电气董事长吴磊此前在交流会上表示，本次收购发那科机器人，属于积极响应新“国九条”做优做强国企主责主业，综合运用并购重组等方式提高发展质量的重要举措，其为聚焦增强核心功能、提升核心竞争力、打造链主企业的深入实践。
