财中社11月21日电贝壳（02423/BEKE）发布2024年第三季度未经审计财务业绩。根据公告，三季度，公司总交易额为7368亿元（1050亿美元），同比增长12.5%。其中，存量房交易总额为4778亿元（681亿美元），同比增长8.8%；新房交易总额为2276亿元（324亿美元），同比增长18.4%；家装家居交易总额为41亿元（6亿美元），同比增长24.6%；新兴业务及其他交易总额为273亿元（39亿美元），同比增长31.9%。
三季度，公司净收入为226亿元（32亿美元），同比增长26.8%。净利润为11.68亿元（1.67亿美元），而经调整净利润为17.82亿元（2.54亿美元）。截至2024年9月30日，公司门店数量为48230家，同比增长12.1%；活跃门店数量为46857家，同比增长14.6%；经纪人数量为476420名，同比增长11%。在此期间，公司回购股份约2亿美元。贝壳执行董事兼首席财务官徐涛表示，尽管市场表现逐步回落，但公司在存量房及新房市场的货币化能力有所增强，整体业绩依然稳健。
