智通财经APP讯，易站绿色科技(08475)发布公告，于2024年11月22日，买方(公司的间接全资附属公司千盛(深圳)控股集团有限公司)拟向卖方郑念强先生收购目标公司(南京华意投资发展有限公司)51%股权，总代价为340万港元，将于完成后透过发行承兑票据支付。
目标公司主要从事提供饮品及住宿服务。收购事项与集团的主要业务运作一致，并可让集团扩展其于中国的食品及饮品业务。董事会已审阅目标公司的业务，并对目标公司之前景充满信心。
