智通财经APP讯，勇利投资(01145)发布公告，自2024年11月22日起，苏家乐先生因需要投放更多时间处理彼之其他商业事务已辞任为公司执行董事及董事会主席，及并不再为公司提名委员会的成员。苏家乐先生将继续担任公司若干附属公司的董事以确保其职务能顺利过渡。
苏家乐先生辞任为公司执行董事后，彼亦不再担任根据香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则第3.05条的规定的公司授权代表，自2024年11月22日起生效。
公司执行董事兼行政总裁李春阳女士已获委任为授权代表，以接替苏家乐先生，自2024年11月22日起生效。
