智通财经APP讯，陆控(06623)发布公告，于2024年11月22日，计葵生先生(计先生)已退任执行董事、联席首席执行官及根据联交所证券上市规则(上市规则)第3.05条所规定本公司的授权代表(授权代表)职务，以投入更多时间于其个人事宜; 黄玉强先生(黄先生)因个人工作安排变动辞任本公司非执行董事;及张旭东先生(张先生)因个人工作安排变动辞任本公司独立非执行董事、本公司审核委员会(审核委员会)成员及本公司提名与薪酬委员会(提名与薪酬委员会)成员。
董事会欣然宣布，董事会已议决委任朱培卿先生(朱先生)担任本公司执行董事;郭世邦先生(郭先生)担任本公司非执行董事;及刘卉先生(刘先生)担任本公司非执行董事，自2024年11月22日起生效。
董事会欣然进一步宣布，自2024年11月22日起，董事会已议决于张先生辞任后委任：李伟东先生担任审核委员会成员;及李祥林先生担任提名与薪酬委员会成员。
于计先生退任后，朱先生已获委任为授权代表，自2024年11月22日起生效。
