智通财经APP讯，澳门励骏(01680)发布公告，于2024年11月19日晚，该公司获佛得角政府(佛得角政府)通知，其决定终止由MLD Cabo Verde Resorts SA及MLD Cabo Verde Entretenimento SA(统称“佛得角附属公司”，为本公司的间接附属公司，主要于佛得角从事经营酒店及博彩业务)与佛得角国订立的制订公约及其补充文件(公约)及据此产生的批给合约(批给)。公约及批给与建造及营运(其中包括)佛得角Cidade da Praia Bay一间酒店娱乐场及酒店住宅基础设施(投资项目)有关。
佛得角政府声称，佛得角附属公司并无符合公约项下为投资项目设定的最后期限规定，亦无按约定完成投资项目。因此，佛得角政府宣称有权行使权力终止公约及批给，并接管先前根据投资项目批给予佛得角附属公司的所有资产以及佛得角附属公司已建造的资产(该等资产)的控制权。本公司目前正在佛得角积极寻求法律建议，以采取适当行动，并拟积极对该等指控置辩，以保障本公司及其股东的权益。
于本公告日期，该等资产于2024年6月30日的账面值为约4700万港元，且本公司管理层将相应评估该等资产的减值拨备。该影响需要本公司作出进一步审阅，但预期不会导致本集团的财务状况严重恶化。
