智通财经APP获悉，晨鸣纸业(01812)现跌近7%，截至发稿，跌6.62%，报1.27港元，成交额2031.35万港元。
消息面上，晨鸣纸业近日发公告称，由于造纸业务低迷，公司正面临高达23.94亿元的债务逾期，受此影响，约71.7%的产能被迫停产、限产。值得注意的是，11月8日晚间，该公司曾公告换帅。在晨鸣纸业工作了37年的陈洪国宣布辞去董事长一职，其妻子李雪芹也辞去了公司副总经理一职。
据悉，2024年前三季度，公司营收为198.25亿元，同比微增0.52%；净亏损7.1亿元，同比有所收窄。晨鸣纸业依然存在较高的偿债压力。截至今年9月末，晨鸣纸业的资产负债率高达73.51%，货币资金为100.53亿元，短期借款近300亿元，负债总额逾550亿元。
