海通国际指出，在美元降息的背景下，生物医药行业投融资的温和复苏已成确定性趋势。国内需求侧仍在磨底，截止2024/11/05，国内生物医药投融资总金额为48亿美元，相比2023年全年110亿美元仍有较大程度的下滑，该行认为当前国内生物医药投融资仍在政策托底的阶段，期待国资引导基金、地方财政的投入、资本市场IPO及再融资的逐步放开，能逐步扭转生物医药投融资的下滑趋势。
交银国际认为，特朗普当选后的国内CXO海外业务发展前景可能会呈现喜忧参半格局。特朗普或将在医疗健康领域给予小罗伯特肯尼迪（RFKJr.）更多管理职能，后者反对疫苗，且声称将对美国医疗卫生体系进行较大改革，这可能给CXO的下游客户带来一定压力；特朗普关税政策和整体宽松的财政政策立场或将给后续通胀和利率走势带来更多不确定性，但关税本身对毛利率较高的创新药销售/国产创新药出海的影响可能有限。
