金吾财讯 | 中烟香港(06055)股价走高，截至发稿，涨3%，报24港元，成交额2736.76万港元。民生证券发研报指，业绩属于下有底，上有想象空间的公司。从底部业绩看，作为中烟海外业务的划拨（2023年90%来自关联交易），当前中烟香港收入已达到百亿级别，2023年仅中烟进出口业务总和约200亿元规模，叠加地方中烟的海外资产，中烟香港作为中烟海外资产整合平台，目前正在经历从烟叶贸易商往烟叶生产&卷烟生产过渡阶段，关注海外烟叶种植加工环节和海外卷烟生产环节的注入进度。在不考虑外延并购背景下，该行预计2024-2026年归母净利润分别为8.50/9.90/11.52亿港元，对应估值仅为14/12/11X，相比国内外烟草产业链公司，中烟香港业绩/估值均有较大提升空间，首次覆盖，给予“推荐”评级。
