　　现代牙科（03600）公布，于2024年11月21日，公司的间接全资附属Modern Dental Asia Pacific Limited拟向Acheval Holdings Limited、Hexa Europe B.V．分别收购Hexa Ceram Company Limited已注册资本的25%及49%，代价分别约为约7438.4万港元、1.4亿港元。

　　就该等收购事项而言，在2024年11月21日（交易时段后）签订该等买卖协议的同时，买方（作为期权持有人）、Meekiatichaikun先生（作为授予人）及该公司（作为担保人）亦订立期权协议，据此 （i）Meekiatichaikun先生已向买方授出认购期权，以使其（及╱或其指定人士）购买部分或全部由Meekiatichaikun先生所持有的期权股份；及（ii）买方已向Meekiatichaikun先生授出认沽期权，以要求买方（及╱或其指定人士）购买部分或全部由Meekiatichaikun先生所持有的期权股份。
