智通财经APP获悉，内房股集体下挫，截至发稿，融创中国(01918)跌8.05%，报2.4港元；融信中国(03301)跌7.53%，报0.43港元；中梁控股(02772)跌6.2%，报0.121港元；世茂集团(00813)跌5.93%，报1.11港元。
国信证券指出，随着9月末需求端政策效果显现，销售量价指标均边际改善，但开发投资尚未好转。后续地产板块的行情演绎将取决于存量土地回收和城中村改造扩围等政策的落地进度及楼市量价修复的持续性。国金证券表示，十一月进入传统淡季，房企推盘积极性稳步回落。该行认为，随着政策脉冲效应走弱，新房供给回落，房企营销活动减少等因素影响，或对11月新房销售额的上升形成一定制约。
摩根士丹利近期研报称，住房税收减免措施基本符合市场预期，并可能在短期内对房地产销售提供轻微帮助。该行认为，措施虽然或为买卖双方减低成本，不过仍未能扭转居民对楼价审慎的看法。连同居民对加大杠杆的意欲减轻，该行相信上述税项优惠稍微帮助内房销售，但难以支持一个持续的复苏。
