同日起，何家豪先生已获委任为执行董事，许培德先生已获委任为非执行董事，叶嘉丽女士已获委任为独立非执行董事、薪酬委员会主席以及分别为审核委员会及提名委员会各自的成员，苏诗韵女士已获委任为独立非执行董事以及分别为审核委员会、薪酬委员会及提名委员会各自的成员，杨碧华女士已获委任为独立非执行董事、审核委员会主席以及分别为薪酬委员会及提名委员会各自的成员。
