财中社11月22日电根据中国证券监督管理委员会广东监管局在2024年11月22日发布的行政监管措施决定书〔2024〕192号，广州富力地产股份有限公司及其实际控制人李思廉、张力和胡杰因未及时披露多笔有息债务、商票逾期及公司被列为失信被执行人等重大事项而受到警示函的处罚。
调查显示，广州富力地产作为公司债券发行人，违反了《公司债券发行与交易管理办法》的多项规定，具体包括未按时披露应披露的信息，导致对投资者的合法权益造成影响。李思廉、张力和胡杰作为公司的实际控制人及信息披露事务负责人，对未履行信息披露义务负有主要责任。根据相关法规，广东证监局决定对上述人员及公司采取出具警示函的措施，并要求在收到决定书后30日内提交整改报告。
公司应重视此次处罚，切实进行整改，以维护债券持有人的合法权益。如对该措施不服，可在收到决定书之日起60日内申请行政复议，或在6个月内向有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼，复议与诉讼期间措施不停止执行。
