智通财经APP讯，兴证国际(06058)发布公告，该公司间接全资附属公司CISI Investment分别于2024年11月19日及2024年11月20日(交易时段后)经牵头经办人认购发行人发售的票据，有关指令已分别于2024年11月19日及2024年11月20日(交易时段后)获确认，及CISI Investment获分配认购总额为人民币6000万元(相当于约6447.6万港元)的票据，总代价为人民币5965万元(相当于约6409.99万港元)，不包括交易成本。
